Is CTT debloat damaging windows ?

Hi , recently I bought myself G14 2022 and debloated it using CTT powershell cmd just like I did in my desktop PC a few years ago that is still running great , but I encountered some issues in my laptop . Some basic functionalities like search indexing does not work in my laptop now where as it used to work in my PC and another issue I am facing is in CS:GO , whenever the map changes my laptop takes al lot of time to change the map however the laptop is packed with a great nvme ssd but my 3 year old pc with 5 year old components packed with SATA ssd changes maps faster than my laptop .
