Intel processor compatibility

I have hp laptop having i5-6200u processor, its hp 250 g4 notebook but its not upgrading to windows 11 OS. bcz of the processor is not compatable with the windows 11 OS. plz guide me in this matter. thanks. waiting for your reply...
