install problem insider preview 22621.1 error ox800705aa

To my previouse post of install problems to preview 22621.1 error code 0x800705aa I narrowed down the problem, I cleaned out the software distribution folder and was able to get windows update to download the fold and install in on the windows update screen which looked ok, however after rebooting the black screen informing about final installation process, this process worked not correctly and will not install all of the update. Would appreciate any help to fix this. Thank you.
