I've been trying to install this update for days but I always get the same error code. Please help -NET Framework 3.5 is open -Runned the troubleshooter -VPN and Proxy services are turned off -Do...
diyyaz34 following this for the same reason. I was able to download the .msu file for the update but it fails the same as it does through windows update
I still haven't found any solution. I didn't get any response from Microsoft either. I do not know what to do.
