Install error- 0x800f0983 on Windows 11

I've had this issue with Install error- 0x800f0983 on Windows 11, it feels like I tried everything I found on the Internet, has anyone actually found a solution to this error? Tried: Restore Health, SFC, tried Repair Version of Windows, tried to install windows 11 again but PC won't let me saying its a virus?

I tried disabling antivirus, no luck, Don't know what to do! My pc backgound keeps vanishing and its very annoying and was hoping a update would fix it but can't update lol! This is a new pc too...from January 2025.
