Install error - 0x80240023

Error 0x80240023 occurred while trying to upgrade to a new version of Windows 11, version 22H2 Insider Preview 10.0.22579.100 (ni_release). How to fix this problem?

I have the same issue with the Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22621.160 update.
