Install error - 0x800f0922

tried to update and it says this.

2022-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5009469)

    You should check these three methods to fix Windows Update Error 0x800F0922.

    • Disable VPN
    • Free up Space in the System Reserved partition 
    • Run DISM: Open an elevated command prompt, type the following, and hit Enter 

     

     

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

     

     

    When the operation runs completely, type the code below and hit enter.

     

     

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Are you able to download and install other updates?
    Do you have sufficient space for installing new update?
