Install error - 0x800736b3 while installing Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.2

1. Restart your computer 
Restart after a complete shutdown (10 seconds unplugged) 
Try installing the update again 
2. Clear the update cache 
Press Win + R and type services.msc 
Stop the Windows Update service 
Delete the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder 
Restart the service and retry the update 
3. Run the update Troubleshooting 
Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshooting → Windows Update → Run 
4. Install the update manually 
Visit the Microsoft Update Catalog 
Search for your KB number (e.g. KB5031455) 
Download and install it manually 
5. System Repair Commands 
 Run CMD with administrator privileges 
cmd 
DISM /Online /Cleanup- Image /RestoreHealth 
sfc /scannow 
6. Reset Windows Update Components 
Administrator CMD in order: 
cmd 
net stop wuauserv 
net stop cryptSvc 
net stop bits 
net stop msiserver 
ren C:\Windows\ SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old 
net start wuauserv 
net start cryptSvc 
net start bits
