install error - 0x8007010a error
I'm not sure how to solve this? The windows update troubleshooter will not run. tried sfc/scan, dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup and other remedies. I've tried deleing c:\windows\Softwar Distribution & catroo2 but I can't stop cryptSvc . see the below - see error on net stop cryptSvc.

This error usually occurs when Windows tries to install a driver that is already present or incompatible with your system. Go to Settings > Windows Update, pause updates for a few minutes, then resume. This can refresh the update queue and clear temporary glitches.
Booting into Safe Mode can help you stop services and run troubleshooting commands without interference.
