Insider Update Settings page shows that your organization has disabled certain updates

After upgrading to the latest Insider Preview build, when I open Settings → Windows Update, a yellow warning banner appears at the top of the page stating that my organization has disabled certain updates, even though I am not part of any corporate domain and have never seen this message before. After checking the Group Policy and Registry settings for updates, I found no unusual configurations.
