Insider: The Photos feature in File Explorer cannot load images and keeps showing Loading...
After updating to the latest Insider Preview build, the Photos feature in the left-hand navigation pane of File Explorer fails to load images properly. The interface continuously displays a spinning Loading... icon, does not show any image thumbnails, and cannot be restored to normal by right-clicking and selecting Refresh.

Hi Nicholas, because this is on an Insider build, I would assume a shell or Photos integration regression until proven otherwise. Try resetting the Photos app, clearing thumbnail cache, and checking whether images load correctly in the Photos app itself. If it only fails in File Explorer, send Feedback Hub logs and use a stable build if this blocks daily work.
