Insider program

hello i can't change the type of my insider program. i already registered in insider program. i want to change it from DEV to Beta Channel. when i can want to change it in my settings. the other buttons not active and i can't click it to change.

help me please i want to change it back to Beta

    Before changing channels, make sure your system is fully updated. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and check for any pending updates. Install all updates before attempting to change the Insider settings.
