Insider preview 17025.1000 will not finish install

Greetings.

 

I have been trying over the last several days to install the 17025.1000 preview build.

Computer restarts displays the Windows logo then just sits with no movement in the screen.

I lest the PC all night last night and when I woke it was in the same place.
After I hit the reset PC reboots to my original version and says that I need to restart to finish installing.
