You're on Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview, Build 26300.7674, which is a pre-release build.
Due to internal issues related to flighting system and ClipSVC, you're unable to receive new builds from the Insider Dev channel.
You are no longer in the Dev channel and cannot re-subscribe via normal methods.
Attempts to clean install newer Dev channel ISOs fail with installation errors.
