insider build is stuck
i dont believe my insider build is working properly

Simply log out of this computer from insider and restart the computer, then log in again.

heres the issue, unable to change channel....

Lowering the channel to RP. you may need to make a clean stable version of Windows if you want to go to Dev. just download ISO, Dev. and update in place.
Unfortunately, switches do not always work correctly the reasons are difficult to determine
