Infrequent Blue Screen Errors Triggered by Firmware Conflicts
I am experiencing infrequent blue screen errors on my computer, which seem to be triggered by firmware conflicts. These crashes happen sporadically during normal use, and they often point to issues related to hardware firmware or driver compatibility, causing system instability and unexpected shutdowns.

You could have a blue screen due to old BIOS/UEFI firmware, drivers for the chipset, storage controllers, and device firmware; all can cause firmware-related blue screens. The first step is to make sure that your PC or motherboard manufacturer's BIOS, chipset, storage and graphics drivers are all up to date. If the crashes persist, review the Windows Event Viewer log and look through the minidump files on the C:\Windows\Minidump directory to see what driver or firmware is responsible for the crashes. If you can post the exact stop code on the blue screen and specify the systems you are using that would also help to isolate the cause.
