Information required regarding legitimacy of mail
Hi,
I got a mail stating "Our token of appreciation for the 11th anniversary".
I wanted to confirm if it is legitimate or phishing mail.
The sender mail is shown as : mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons (First letter with caps and "e-mails" instead of "e-mail" was flagging doubt)
reply id : "noreply" <email address removed for privacy reasons>
Celebrate with us had https://t135.e-mails.microsoft.com/r/?id=h1b51d7b3,13175e71,13c4815c
So, can anyone confirm if it real or not? I clicked the link first and it opened Windows insider page to download wallpaper. I didn't download anything there nor entered any information.
Later when I saw those link I got suspicious whether it had any cookie logger or other malware.
Thanks

Look closely at the sender's email address to see if it matches the official domain of the organization it claims to be from. Be wary of misspelled or suspicious domains.
