In the Insider build, all the pinned folders in Quick Access suddenly disappeared

After updating to the latest Insider Preview build, all frequently used folders that I had manually pinned to the Quick Access section in File Explorer disappeared and reverted to their default state.

When I tried repinning the folders and restarted File Explorer, the pinned items were lost again, and I was unable to maintain my custom Quick Access list.
