I'm receiving emails at an old address

I'm receiving Windows Insider newsletter emails at on old address. These are informational emails about the program. I now use an email account at outlook.com. This is the email I use to login to Windows and to access other MS sites. I probably used my old address way back when but when I changed it to outlook.com these newsletters kept going to my old address.

Any help to change it will be appreciated. I suspect my old email address will go away at some point.
