If you have a 2nd monitor, to have the task bar be shown instead of it being invisible?
Don't mind me using a CRT😂. I want the taskbar to be shown on my CRT and to be invisible in my main monitor. Is it possible?

Set your CRT as main display and there’s an option in settings to show taskbar only on main display
Removing that software should fix your issue. The taskbar is normally visible.
