I want to opt-out of Windows Insider Program

I am no longer given the option to leave the insider program as it is now greyed out. I need to leave this program as it has completely damaged my laptop by automatically updating 3, sometimes 4 times per week. I've been attempting to reach someone to help me with this matter for two weeks to no avail. If someone has any knowledge or insight that might be of help to me, please do share. Thanks.
