I want to leave Windows Insider and get error 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 when installing another version

Hello, I wanted to share my issue, which I've been trying to resolve for weeks without success

My version says it has expired, prompting me to update. However, no matter how many times I try, it fails due to error mentioned. I then tried to leave the Insider program by installing another version. I followed the steps, but then I received the same error, indicating an installation error in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the START operation

I would really appreciate any help in finding a solution
