I want to Leave Insider programme without Lose my data.

Can someone help me to leave windows insider programme of win 11 without actually reset my pc and get windows latest stable update and just disable the Insider Feature it is so annoying while playing games and more it had several glitches i want to leave it i joined Dev Insider Programme kindly someone help soon as Possible.

    Once you've switched back to the stable channel, the Insider features should be disabled, and your system should run more smoothly.

    First, select Stop Preview Program in Settings, if the option is grayed out, wait for the current channel version and the official version to be synchronized, the next official update will automatically retain the data to exit.
