I unable to see Data Uses statistics. It is not loading properly.
I am using Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310).
As you can thee the screenshot it is always showing calculating.
and when I click on it it takes too much time to load and after loading there is broken information and nothing is seen in that section.
please help me to fix it.

Try Reset Data usage stats, hope it will solve- No reset button is not working
Go to Network and internet
Go to Advanced Network Settings
Go to Network Reset And Reset it And it will start working again
