I need to download-Spotify podcasts to MP3 on my Win 11

Don't use online tool. Go and with a desktop app instead. SpotifyBee is quite good at this and I am using it on my Windows 11 without any problem. You can check the step by step guide here:

Downloading Spotify podcasts to MP3 files for offline listening outside the Spotify app isn't officially supported by Spotify, due to licensing and copyright restrictions. However, if you're seeking a practical, straightforward way to record or save the episodes while maintaining decent audio quality.
You can use audio recording software to capture the playback of Spotify podcasts directly on your Windows 11 PC. This method records the audio as you listen, preserving quality and allowing you to save as MP3.
Recommended Tools:
- Audaacity (Free, open-source)
- 0BS Studio (Free, primarily for video but also good for audio)
Steps:
1. Enable Stereo Mix:
- Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar → Sounds → Recording tab.
- Right-click in the window → Show Disabled Devices.
- Find Stereo Mix, right-click → Enable.
- Set Stereo Mix as the default recording device.
2. Open Audaacity:
- Select Stereo Mix as input device.
- Set the quality to a high bitrate (e.g., 44100 Hz, 16-bit).
3. Play the Podcast in Spotify:
- Start playing the episode.
4. Record in Audaacity:
- Hit the Record button.
- Play the episode fully while recording.
- Stop recording when done.
5. Export as MP3:
- File → Export → Export as MP3.
- Choose quality settings (bitrate, etc.).
