I keep seeing the icons from deleted default apps

Hello,

I need help with fixing this problem i have. If anyone knows the solution, i would appreciate your answer. As i said i keep seeing the icons from deleted default apps i meant like the calendar, camera, voice recorder etc... When i click on the "windows" button on the left where the other apps are, i can see the ones removed too. Tried installing and uninstalling them again but it doesnt work. This all happened because of an app called windtoys in the microsoft store (not judging).
