I have problems with widgets on my lockscreen. I am lookng for a solution. Since at least 3 months ago suddenly the use of spotlight with widgets disappeared!
You can try going to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen and changing the “Personalized lock screen” option to Windows Spotlight.
