i have problem with this update can i get some assistance / help

   Windows 11 Insider Preview 27842.1000 (rs_prerelease) is it only me or is it other windows 11 users that have the exactly same here. ?

    I’m having the same issue! The update downloads but when the system reboots I find the previous update is still listed as the one installed and not 

    Rs_prerelease 27842.1000

    I've tried installing it via Windows Update 3x, and it's failing after restarting.

    Hmmm, what exactly is your problem? Can't download this build or have any problems with its functionality?

        I'm getting the same error. I've run DISM, SFC scannow, and the Windows Update Troubleshooter. 4th try after all that failed too.
