I got problem with Microsoft Defender

I downloaded game from oceanofgames.com where i usually download free games if I can't find on steam for free or acceptable price. There was theirs video for installing each game and starts always in same way, turning off Real Time Protection, Firewall and after all dissabled settings, which has something with detecting viruses and removing them, after that there's part where you have to extract program from .rar file named Defender Control v1.6. After that you going to extract setup file, also from .rar file and game, for the first time, didn't work. I deleted it and I was a little bit scared if i accidentaly downloaded some virus and check setting and there's nothing literally. When I go Settings-Update&Security-Windows Security-Open Windows Security nothing happening like it is deteled somehow. When I try to turn it back on from that Defender Control v1.6 also nothing happening but when I on same program click "Open Security Center" it says "Windows cannot find 'windowsdefender'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.'.
I am out of money, to be honest, and I really can't pay downloading it again from Microsoft Store, so I am searching for free solution. Also, I contacted Microsoft Agent and I gave him access to controling my PC for searching for solution but no success, I believe he tried everything but couldn't help.
