I cant get a preview update
Starting download the update run fine to 8% and show me Pending Download again:
Anyone can help me to fix this?

Ensure your internet connection is stable. Temporarily disable any third-party firewall or antivirus software that might block downloads. Use a wired Ethernet connection if possible for stability.
