I can't delete the windowsapps folder

I already done the instructions in the "How to delete the 'WindowsApps' folder on Windows 10" but i still cant delete the folder. When i try to delete it it says "You require permission from *****/PC (which is me) to make changes to this folder. Please help me.

    Modifying or deleting the WindowsApps folder can cause issues with Windows Store apps or Windows itself. Proceed only if you're sure and have backed up important data.
