I cannot download windows 10 or 11 i tried rufus i did almost possibly everything what can i do now?

I have ryzen 5 5500 , nivida 3050 6gb, asrock b450m -hdv r4.0, silicon power 2x8 ram and msi mag a550bn gaming psu please help i been trying to fix this for over a week i just built i can’t even download windows 10 or 11 ssd can't be found anymore i have a nvme m.2 ssd team group yesterday and today i was able to see it but when i updated my bios now i can no longer see my ssd but it's in there but before i did update my bios i figured out my ssd was in read only mode this is a brand new so that is very strange please someone help i will do anything

    Boot into Windows Recovery Mode (via bootable media) or use a Linux live USB (like Ubuntu) to access the drive. Use Disk Management or GParted to delete partitions and format the drive.

    Use Microsoft's official Media Creation Tool to create a bootable drive, then check the router's MTU value and change it to 1472. Finally, change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and disable IPv6.
