I can join the Windows 11 insider program but i dont meet one of the specifications on the website

Yesterday it said I didn't meet the requirements and I found out it was because of not having secure boot, I figured out the reason why I couldn't enable it was because my C: is formatted as an MBR drive, so I would have to reformat it to GPT. I was going to do that today but when I checked settings again I'm not eligible for all 3 channels? Can I do it? Is this a bug? Will it break because I don't have secure boot?
