I ended up resetting my system. I was having numerous issues; in particular, Microsoft Store, Windows Subsystem for Android, AND Windows updates. After resetting I have no more issues.
Sure, it was a PITA to reinstall a bunch of apps, but ultimately, I had a crap ton of stuff I wasn't using, so it allowed me to get rid of a bunch of bloat.
