Try this. Rejoin the Insider Dev. Program then go to Microsoft Flight Hub here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/flight-hub/ Download the latest ISO from the Dev Group and Store it where you can find it. Now Download Rufus here https://rufus.ie/downloads/. Open Rufus and make sure it is set to UEFI. What you are going to do is Create a Bootable USB Flash Drive of Windows. Once the Drive is Created set your Computer to Boot to USB. Once Windows starts load a Clean Install of Windows. NOTE: Make sure TPM or FTPM is enabled in the BIOS before you install Windows 11. You should now have the Latest Version of the Dev Windows Update. After completely installing check Updates again. Hope this helps!
