I am going to DVD Copying on Windows PC

Can anyone advice this novice of the best way to digitise DVD/Bluray movies with menu and subtitle options remaining intact?
Just wanting to copy some DVD's I already own for preservation and personal use.
Hoping for a relatively inexpensive program, though, also need ease of use.
