Hyper-V becomes unresponsive and Hangs when trying to delete VMs Windows 10 build 19018

Whenever I try to delete any VM in Hyper-V in Windows 10 build 19018 fast ring, Hyper-V console hangs and becomes unresponsive. no matter how long I wait, it will stay in that state until I restart.
