HUGE PROBLEM: Windows 11 booting to black screen with cursor

Well for a Dell Vostro 5581 - the issue occurred when it was upgraded to Windows 11 (22H2) and even though I disabled Intel Integrated Sensor Solution it was re-enabled when Windows 11 upgraded again to 24H2.
Solved by downgrading BIOS/UEFI to 2.15.1 (kept Intel Integrated Sensor Solution enabled).
