Thanks vostrodamus
I have followed the suggestions what you suggested and it did help me to come out of the problem. Now with the Disabled "Intel(R) Integrated Sensor Solution" my system getting booted normally and working. Now I want to understand the implication of keeping this in the disabled mode? will that be ok? What way this can impact the system.
I have downloaded and install the "Intel Integrated Sensor Hub Driver". however when trying to active the same back as you suggested, but I am finding the old driver only. Not the newly installed driver to update.
When activating with the old driver, the same issue of Black Screen coming again. Please share your thoughts on what we can do.

Same issue here, I assume there is no solid fix?
I'm getting the issue after a clean install on a Dell Vostro. Only option at the moment is disable Intel Iss in device manager and hope it doesn't get renabled

I can remove the driver using the painful fix above and disable the PCI Serial port, but every time windows update runs it enables it and installs the broken driver ISH.INF again which stops the system.
I have had to disable Windows updates until it's fixed.
