HP 8702 Officejet will scan but not print with build 17074 and previous recent builds

I am about on my 15th reinstall try. used all the deep cleaning suggestions on line. printer works from my phone and tablet. Will not print from the preview machine. Any NEW ideas? Thanks! Randall
