How to unlock iPhone when is disabled and connect to itunes?
If your iPhone is disabled because you've forgotten your passcode, using iCloud is one of the most reliable free methods available.
How to unlock when iPhone is disabled:
Step 1: Access iCloud
Sign in using the same Apple ID that is locked on your disabled iPhone .
Step 2: Select Your Device
Once you are logged into the "Find My" section, click on "All Devices" at the top of the screen.
Select your disabled iPhone from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Erase the iPhone
Click the "Erase iPhone" button .
If prompted, enter your Apple ID password again to confirm the action.
Step 4: Wait for the Reset
Since your iPhone is disabled, it will erase itself remotely as soon as it receives the signal (provided it is online).
Once the erase is complete, the iPhone will restart and show the "Hello" setup screen.
After solving the problem of how to unlock when iPhone is disabled. Now that you have access to the phone again, you have two choices:
- Restore from Backup: During the setup process, you will reach the "Apps & Data" screen. Select "Restore from iCloud Backup" . Sign into your Apple ID and choose the most recent backup to get your photos and apps back .
- Set Up as New: If you don't have a backup or want a clean slate, simply set it up as a new iPhone.
