How to turn off Microsoft Defender ?

Please help me to turn off Microsoft Defender. It is consuming most off CPU and RAM. My pc is becoming more slow and slow.

I am using Windows 11 (insider program).

Edition : Windows 11 Home Single Language

Version : 21H2
Installed on : ‎12-‎08-‎2021
OS build : 22000.160
Experience : Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.160.0
