How to turn notifications one in Microsoft Teams?

Well I have this question for a long time...
So I uninstalled teams and reinstalled it, then I went to settings, then I went to add permission...

This was how it was before.
I could not turn on notifications for it.
But now----->

I got something like this, I was able to turn notifications on...
I don't know if this could work for you but since it worked for me I just wanted to show it to you all and help you all...
