How to Turn auto rotation off on convertible laptop
I have tried multiple settings in Regedit. How do I prevent my computer from auto rotating when tilted? auto rotate lock is greyed out in tablet mode.
Since the lock is greyed out in tablet mode, try toggling auto-rotation off or on outside tablet mode:
Use the Action Center:
- Click on the notification icon in the taskbar (bottom right).
- Look for the "Rotation lock" toggle.
- Turn Rotation lock off to enable auto-rotation, or turn it on to lock rotation.
