Connect your iPhone to Windows PC via USB cable. After that, the device name appears in File Explorer. Double click the iPhone name and copy all photos from DCIM folder. This is the easiest way to transfer photos from iPhone to computer on Windows. However, photos taken by other apps won't be saved in this location.
