This topic is close to my heart, because old photos often have more emotional value than technical quality. I myself have encountered blurry family photos and tried various tools in Windows. Interestingly, even basic tools or simple AI programmes can produce noticeable results if you don't overdo it with sharpness. I think the important thing here is to strike a balance between improving quality and preserving the ‘lively’ look of the photo.
