For those facing a similar problem where hitting fn/f10 takes you to windows/system32 instead of the command prompt, here's what you can do:

1. Change directories by typing "cd oobe".

2. Run the bypass command.

I accidentally connected to wifi before running these steps, but afterwards, I was able to sign in without needing internet access. This tip was a lifesaver as I was working on a client's computer late at night and couldn't get all their email info. The workaround allowed me to proceed with my work without internet interruption.
