Try overriding the install with GeForce Experience, or just use the registry!
1. registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_RESPONSE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace\{Corresponding GUID}
2. Driver reset:
cmd
pnputil /delete-driver oemX.inf /uninstall
