How to recover deleted files from Recycle Bin after empty?
Is it possible to recover deleted files from Recycle Bin after empty? I really messed up and could use some help.
Earlier today, I deleted a folder from my desktop thinking I didn’t need it anymore, and then emptied the Recycle Bin right after… only to realize a few minutes later that it had some super important work files and photos I hadn't backed up yet.
Is there any way I can recover those files after the Recycle Bin has been emptied? I’ve heard that recovery is still possible in some cases, but I’m not sure where to start or which tools are safe to use. Thanks!

You can use official Windows File Recovery app to recover data:

Let us know if this helps!

Install the recovery software on a different drive (not the one you want to recover files from) to avoid overwriting data.

You still have a chance to get those files back, but the most important thing right now is: stop using your computer as much as possible until you try recovery. That’s because when you empty the Recycle Bin, Windows just marks that space as “free,” but the actual data is still on the drive until it gets overwritten by new files.
