AirDroid is not the best option if you are going to record Android screen with audio. Disadvantages of using AirDroid for screen recording with audio:
- Since AirDroid involves connecting your device to a network or the internet, there's a potential risk if your connection isn't secure. Sensitive data could be exposed if there are vulnerabilities or if the app is compromised.
- AirDroid's screen recording may lack advanced features found in dedicated screen recording apps, such as customizable overlays, precise frame rate control, or editing tools.
- Running AirDroid for screen recording can consume CPU, RAM, and battery, which might lead to lag or reduced device performance, especially on older or less powerful devices.
- Depending on your device and Android version, AirDroid might not capture internal audio (system sounds) reliably. It may only record microphone input, which means system sounds or app audio might not be captured accurately.
- Network stability can affect recording quality if you're streaming or recording over Wi-Fi. Interruptions or lag can result in choppy or incomplete recordings.
- Recordings are often streamed or sent to your PC via AirDroid, which can be slower and may require sufficient storage space on your PC or device.
- If you're recording Android screen with audio over a mobile network, it could consume significant data, leading to higher charges.
Using AirDroid's cloud features or remote access features might raise privacy concerns, especially if not configured securely.
